This intensive combines everything from our Levels 1 and 2 trainings into three transformative days. Through live demonstrations, experiential practice, partner work, video examples, and small-group applications, you'll leave with the confidence and competence to use EFT effectively — with clients, groups, or yourself.
What You'll Learn:
- The Science & Foundations
- EFT theory and research, how traumatic events imprint on the brain, and the physiological markers that peer-reviewed studies have linked to EFT outcomes.
- Core Skills & Techniques
- The Basic and Shortcut Tapping protocols, SUDS and advanced testing methods, Set-Up statements, Psychological Reversal, Secondary Gain, Shifting Aspects, and working with specificity vs. global issues.
- Advanced Applications
- The Gentle Techniques for intense issues, the Tell the Story and Movie Techniques, Chasing the Pain, Clearing Limiting Beliefs, and uncovering core issues behind physical symptoms and cravings.
- Specialized Populations & Settings
- Working with children, groups, and remote clients; EFT for addictions and pain; knowing when to refer out.
- Professional Practice
- Scope of Practice, Informed Consent, and the EFT Ethics Code.

Upon Completion
Graduates receive a Certificate of Attendance for EFT Levels 1 & 2 — the foundational step on the path toward EFT certification.
The Certification and Accreditation process begins with the successful completion of a Level 1 and 2 training. The certification track is not time based, but typically occurs over a 6-12 month period online and includes observation, coaching to be able to successfully pass the required evaluations, examinations, written and observed review of client sessions and case studies. Included within certification are skills-based outcomes for working effectively with a wide variety of client conditions, professional ethics and risk management and much more.
